i have a chase credit card, it has a 100$ cash limit on it, how do I get cash advance? i never got a pin numbe?

    Go to a bank (any bank) approach a teller, and say you would like a cash advance.

    You need your PIN to get a cash advance.
    They will not give you a PIN over the phone, you have to request one to be mailed to you.
    Be aware though, that those cash advances cost a pretty penny!

    You could set up 2 pay pal accounts and send yourself the money from one account to another. Then have them transfer the funds to your bank account.

Just to add my 2ยข, a cash advance is subject to a fee, plus higher interest rate than purchases, AND any payment you make each month is applied mostly to the lower interest purchase balance, so the high interest advance hardly goes down. Cash advances on credit cards are a killer.

    Well for cash advances at my credit union, all you need is the card and a valid DL.
